My career has spanned roles from senior developer to executive leadership, providing me with a comprehensive understanding of various organizational perspectives and workforce dynamics.
With extensive experience across multiple African countries, I have had the opportunity to learn from industry leaders while working in South Africa, the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC), and Zambia. I have also conducted remote work for mining operations in Malawi and Mozambique. This diverse exposure has equipped me with a deep understanding of the unique challenges posed by the various cultures in these regions.
